  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...

  Galveston Bay...



* Until 845 PM CDT.



* At 743 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line 

  extending from near Eagle Point to League City to West Columbia, 

  moving east southeast at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  San Luis Pass, Galveston Causeway, West Bay, Bastrop Bay, Christmas
