The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a



* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...

  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...



* Until 845 AM EDT.



* At 810 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 18 nm east of Buckeye Reef to 21 nm southwest of

  Cedar Key, moving east at 40 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher 

           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make 

           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.



* Locations impacted include...

  Horseshoe Beach and Suwannee River.
