The National Weather Service in League City has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Northwestern Grimes County in southeastern Texas...



* Until 630 PM CDT.



* At 557 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest

  of Bedias, or 16 miles northeast of College Station, moving

  northeast at 45 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  Bedias and Iola.
