* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Southwestern Burt County in east central Nebraska...

  Washington County in east central Nebraska...

  Central Dodge County in east central Nebraska...



* Until 330 PM CDT.



* At 246 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles north of

  Cedar Bluffs, or 7 miles northwest of Fremont, moving northeast at

  40 mph.



  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail.



  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters reported 1 inch hail in Ames.



  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect 

           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.



* Locations impacted include...

  Fremont, Blair, Tekamah, Hooper, Nickerson, Herman, Craig, Winslow,

  Summit Lake State Recreation Area, Fontanelle, Ames, and Fremont

  Lakes State Recreation Area.
