  Eastern Harvey County in south central Kansas...



* Until 600 PM CDT.



* At 515 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from near Walton to near Bentley, moving east at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  Newton, Halstead, North Newton, Sedgwick, Whitewater, Walton, and

  Newton Airport.
