* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Northern Butler County in south central Kansas...



* Until 645 PM CDT.



* At 551 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from near Elbing to 7 miles northeast of Valley Center,

  moving east at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  El Dorado, Towanda, Benton, Whitewater, Potwin, Elbing, Burns,

  Cassoday, El Dorado Airport, El Dorado Lake, and El Dorado State

  Park.
