At 528 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles north of Calhoun, 

moving northeast at 25 mph. 



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.

extending from near Purley to Newsome to near Winnsboro, moving east

at 30 mph.



HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Mount Pleasant, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Mount Vernon,

Scroggins, Newsome, Purley, Winfield, Miller's Cove, Rocky Mound,

Perryville, Hopewell, Monticello, Cypress, and Grice.
