...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM EDT

FOR EAST CENTRAL AROOSTOOK COUNTY...



At 323 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Washburn, or 7

miles northwest of Presque Isle, moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 

         damage to trees and power lines.

Presque Isle, Caribou, Fort Fairfield, Limestone, Mapleton, Washburn,

Easton, Woodland, Loring, New Sweden, Connor, Castle Hill, Perham,

Caswell, and Wade.
