SITUATION At 0600 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Neville was centred within 10 nautical miles of latitude eighteen decimal one south (18.1S) longitude one hundred and one decimal zero east (101.0E) Recent movement : west at 13 knots Maximum winds : 95 knots Central pressure: 952 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant and within 90 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 80 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 30 nautical miles in NW quadrant. FORECAST Maximum winds to 95 knots near the centre increasing by 85 knots by 1800 UTC 22 March.
