SITUATION
At 1200 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Neville was centred within 10 nautical
miles of
 latitude eighteen decimal five south (18.5S)
 longitude ninety nine decimal four east (99.4E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 16 knots
Maximum winds   : 90 knots
Central pressure: 955 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 90 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 40 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

Maximum winds to 90 knots near the centre easing to 70 knots by 1200 UTC 23
March.
