STORM FORCE WIND WARNING

SITUATION
At 1800 UTC Tropical Cyclone Neville was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude twenty one decimal zero south (21.0S)
 longitude ninety two decimal six east (92.6E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 11 knots
Maximum winds   : 55 knots
Central pressure: 986 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 40 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 55 knots near the centre easing to 35 knots by 1800 UTC 24
March.

Winds above 48 knots within 30 nautical miles in SE quadrant until 0600 UTC 24
March
  and within 30 nautical miles in SW quadrant until 0600 UTC 24 March, with
very rough seas.
  
Winds above 34 knots within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant until 1200 UTC 24
