HURRICANE FORCE WIND WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the

SITUATION
At 0000 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Olga was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude sixteen decimal two south (16.2S)
 longitude one hundred and eighteen decimal nine east (118.9E)
Recent movement : south southwest at 4 knots
Maximum winds   : 80 knots
Central pressure: 963 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 80 knots near the centre decreasing to 60 knots by 1200 UTC 08
April.

Winds above 64 knots within 20 nautical miles of centre until 0600 UTC 08 April
with very high seas.

Winds above 48 knots within 35 nautical miles in NE quadrant
