SITUATION
At 1800 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Olga was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude eighteen decimal six south (18.6S)
 longitude one hundred and sixteen decimal two east (116.2E)
Recent movement : south southwest at 5 knots
Maximum winds   : 40 knots
Central pressure: 997 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within within 80 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 120 nautical miles in SW quadrant

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 40 knots near the centre easing to 35 knots by 1800 UTC 10
April.

Winds above 34 knots within within 80 nautical miles in SE quadrant, decreasing
to 60 nautical miles by 1800 UTC 10 April
  and within 120 nautical miles in SW quadrant, decreasing to 60 nautical miles
by 1200 UTC 10 April with rough seas and moderate swell.
