SITUATION
At 0000 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Olga was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude eighteen decimal nine south (18.9S)
 longitude one hundred and sixteen decimal one east (116.1E)
Recent movement : south southwest at 5 knots
Maximum winds   : 40 knots
Central pressure: 998 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within within 100 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 85 nautical miles in SW quadrant

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 40 knots near the centre easing to 30 knots by 0000 UTC 11
April.

Winds above 34 knots until 2100 UTC 10 April and within 100 nautical miles in
SE quadrant, decreasing to 60 nautical miles by 1200 UTC 10 April
  and within 85 nautical miles in SW quadrant, decreasing to 60 nautical miles
by 1800 UTC 10 April with rough seas and moderate swell.
