SITUATION
At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude fifteen decimal six south (15.6S)
 longitude one hundred and thirty seven decimal six east (137.6E)
Recent movement : slow moving
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 996 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 50 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots in the northwest quadrant,extending to within 50
nautical miles of the centre in the NW and NE quadrants by 0600 UTC 16
February. Rough to very rough seas and moderate swell.
