SITUATION
At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal five south (12.5S)
 longitude ninety six decimal five east (96.5E)
Recent movement : east southeast at 7 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 1000 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 120 nautical miles north of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 1200 UTC 10
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 120 nautical miles in NW and NE quadrants with
rough seas and moderate swell.
