At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal nine south (11.9S)
 longitude one hundred decimal one east (100.1E)
Recent movement : east at 10 knots
Maximum winds   : 40 knots
Central pressure: 996 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 150 nautical miles north of centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 40 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 90 nautical miles in the NE quadrant, extending to
within 140 nautical miles by 1200 UTC 11 March,
  and within 150 nautical miles in the NW quadrant, contracting to within 140
nautical miles by 1200 UTC 11 March, with rough seas and moderate to heavy
swell.
