SITUATION
At 0600 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 40 nautical miles of
 latitude seventeen decimal five south (17.5S)
 longitude one hundred and fifteen decimal three east (115.3E)
Recent movement : slow moving
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 996 hPa

AREA AFFECTED

FORECAST
Gales are no longer expected within 24 hours, however gales in the northern
quadrants may redevelop in 48 hours.
