* Tornado Warning for...

  Central Kalamazoo County in southwestern Michigan...



* Until 700 PM EDT.



* At 605 PM EDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado

  was located over Portage, moving east at 35 mph.



  This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!



  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.



  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.



  IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris 

           may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile 

           homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, 

           businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete 

           destruction is possible.



* The tornado will be near...

  Kalamazoo and Portage around 610 PM EDT.

  Galesburg around 615 PM EDT.

  Climax around 620 PM EDT.



Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include

Fulton, Comstock, Augusta, Scotts, and Oshtemo.
