* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 8 inches, 

  mainly on west facing slopes. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph 

  creating near blizzard conditions locally.



* WHERE...Northeast Bighorn Mountains.



* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow 

  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions 

  could impact the morning and evening commutes.
