KFCX WSR-88D is back in service. Please note that repairs are temporary and the 
radar may go down again at any time.  Any outages will be noted with an FTM at t
he time the outage occurs.  In addition, the Z/R for KFCX is being changed to Ma
rshall-Palmer Z=130R**2.0 in lieu of East-Cool Stratiform.
