Benchmark for NCEP GSI benchmark.

This consists of a current working directory, the necessary data and the source and build script
needed to build the executable.   

It requires python3.6 or higher  and cmake 3.20 or higher.


cd to ../BENCH.SRC.EXEC and run script ./BUILDGSI.sh

then cd to  this directory and edit ./job as necessary to set up your MPI and scheduler environment.

Results should compare EXACTLY from run to run.

A stdout from a wcoss2 run is in ./output.wcoss2

the script ./check  $yourstdout ./output.wcoss2  writes ten significant lines to exp.verif.$yourstdout and exp.verif.output.wcoss2.
Compare these; they should compare to seven decimal places.
