The next storm system will average 29.8 inches as it slowly crosses northern Ontario and northern Quebec Friday and Saturday sending a secondary cold front across the lake late Friday. Meanwhile expansive high pressure will move from the Canadian Rockies to the central Plains through Sunday and across the eastern Great Lakes Monday.
