A cold front moving S over the northern waters early this morning will stall over the central waters, from near Cape Fear eastward, later today. The front will persist over the central waters tonight, and then drift N as a warm front Wed and Wed night. Low pressure will develop along the front off the Mid-Atlantic coast Thu, then drift slowly E to SE across the N and central waters Thu night into Fri while pulling a weakening cold front across the area. The weak low will lift N over the area Fri night as the next cold front approaches from the W. This cold front will move E and SE over the waters Sat and Sat night. $$
