.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will retreat W 
of the area tonight as a trough develops over California. A weak
cold front will cross the central and S waters tonight into Fri,
and then pass S of the area Fri night. High pressure will 
rebuild E behind the cold front Fri through Sat, then weaken Sat 
night. Another cold front will move into the N portion Sat night,
then slowly cross the remainder of the waters Sun through Mon 
night. Behind this cold front, stronger high pressure will build
NE over northern California waters on Tue.
