At 708 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of 
producing winds to around 30 knots. This gust front was located 
along a line extending from near York Spit Reef to 6 nm south of 
Coleman Bridge to 12 nm southwest of Cobham Bay, moving 
east southeast at 20 knots.

The front will be near...
  Plantation Light, The Hump, Poquoson, Buoy 36a, and Burwell Bay 
  around 715 PM EDT.
  James River Bridge and Cabbage Patch around 720 PM EDT.
  Bluefish Rock, Hampton Flats, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, and 
  Hampton River Inlet around 725 PM EDT.
  Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and Latimer Shoal around 730 PM EDT.
  Dominion Pier and Thimble Shoals around 735 PM EDT.
  Fishermans Island, Sewells Point, Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, 
  Willoughby Bay, and 4th Island Bay Bridge around 740 PM EDT.
  1st Island Bay Bridge, Little Creek, and Chesapeake Bay Bridge 
  Tunnel around 750 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally 
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until 
theis front passes.
