.NOW...Showers and thunderstorms are increasing across the area.
Heavy rains will continue across the northern third of the islands
and just south of the Cordillera Central where ponding of water in
roadways is likely. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to
continue over Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques and move through
the U.S. Virgin Islands through sunset today.
