Locally and diurnally induced afternoon showers continue to 
develop across these areas and move westward.  This will cause 
periods of moderate to locally rains which will lead to ponding of
water on roads and in poor drainage areas as well as hazardous 
driving conditions. The heaviest rains were now in and around 
Caguas and Aguas Buenas and in the west between Las Marias and 
Anasco, and also in the southwest between San German and Cabo 
Rojo.
