At 215 PM PDT, Doppler Weather RADAR was showing scattered 
showers and thunderstorms over the San Gabriel Mountains. This 
activity was nearly stationary. Thunderstorms will produce
locally heavy rain, gusty winds and dangerous cloud-to-ground 
lightning. Localized minor flooding of roadways will also be
possible, such as along parts of the Angeles Crest Highway.
Additional showers and thunderstorms are likely to develop through
the afternoon.
