metro area between 1145 am and 1215 pm, lingering over the area 
through about 1 pm before dissipating. During this time, gusty winds 
25 to 35 mph, occasional lightning and a period of torrential 
rainfall with rates around 2 inches per hour is likely. Total 
rainfall accumulation across the metro area should average between 
one and a half to two and a half inches by 1 pm CDT.
