  Guilderland around 910 AM EDT.
  Albany, Colonie and Delmar around 915 AM EDT.
  Loudonville around 920 AM EDT.
  Cohoes, Watervliet, Latham, Menands and Green Island around 925 AM 
  EDT.
  Troy around 930 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Shakers, Bleecker
Stadium, Clarksville, East Berne, Shoefelt Corners, Spawn Hollow,
Dormansville, Beckers Corners, Karlsfeld and Rensselaerville.

Winds in excess of 30 to 35 mph are possible and a few lightning
