At 10 AM, A couple of thunderstorms are crossing the coastline
between Lincoln City and Florence and are headed westward out to 
sea. These storms will affect the coastal waters between Cape
Foulweather and FLorence, Oregon. Expect primarily in cloud 
lightning, but also occasional cloud to ground and cloud to water 
flashes. Also expect brief gusts of 15 to 25 mph. These storms
will either dissipate or exit the waters to the west by 1130 AM
