At 514 PM PDT, trained weather spotters in the Illinois Valley 
reported heavy enough precipitation to bring snow levels to around 
1500 feet with a rain/snow mix. This will continue as long as the 
precipitation remains heavy, once precipitation lightens up, snow 
levels will rise back to around 2500 feet.

Locations impacted include...
portions around the Illinois Valley above 1500 feet including Cave 
Junction, Schroeder Park, Selma, Redwood, Whitehorse Park, Takilma, 
Obrien, Kerby, and Wilderville.
