north of Helper, or 24 miles north of Price, moving northeast at 10 
mph. Additional storms are developing across Duchesne County.

Locations impacted include...
Duchesne, Tabiona, Fruitland, Starvation Reservoir, Altamont,
Talmage, Moon Lake, Utahn, Hanna, Bridgeland, Colton, Upalco,
Mountain Home, Arcadia and Altonah.

Gusty winds, small hail, and frequent lightning will be possible 
with this storm.

This includes the following highways...
 US Route 6 between mile markers 211 and 221.
 US Route 40 between mile markers 53 and 98.
 Utah Route 35 between mile markers 27 and 62.
