At 2 AM PDT, scattered showers with embedded thunderstorms 
stretched from the northern Cascades of Okanogan county, through 
Republic, Colville to near Priest Lake in Bonner county. The 
storms were tracking northeast at 30 mph and have been producing 
brief downpours, occasional lightning and wind gusts to 30 mph. 
This activity will gradually weaken and shift north of the
Canadian border toward 4 AM.
