Ice is causing fluctuations and questionable flow volume along the
Mississippi River at Wabasha. However, no flooding is expected at 
this time. 

Mississippi River at Wabasha...The stage this evening was 10.52 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to fall 
over the next several days.
