Significant rises are expected on the following river:

For the Jacks Fork  at Eminence.  Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The 
latest stage was 2.5 feet at 8 PM Thursday. The river may rise to 
near 9.5 feet by 12 PM Friday. 

For the Roubidoux Creek Near Waynesville.  Flood stage is 7.0 feet. 
The latest stage was 0.6 feet at 8 PM Thursday. The river may rise to
near 6.4 feet by 6 PM Friday. 

For the James River at Galena.  Flood stage is 15.0 feet. The latest 
stage was 5.4 feet at 8 PM Thursday. The river may rise to near 14.5 
feet by 6 AM Saturday. 

For the James River NEAR Boaz.  Flood stage is 10.0 feet. The latest 
stage was 3.5 feet at 9 PM Thursday. The river may rise to near 9.0 
feet by 6 PM Friday. 

For the Sac River near Caplinger Mills.  Flood stage is 16.0 feet. 
The latest stage was 6.3 feet at 9 PM Thursday. The river may rise to
near 14.5 feet by 6 AM Saturday. 

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood 
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may 
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will 
carry most vehicles away.
