Expires:201911080935;;511176 FGUS84 KLUB 072136 RVSLUB TXC169-080935- Hydrologic Statement National Weather Service Lubbock TX 336 PM CST Thu Nov 7 2019 The Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River at Justiceburg just upstream from Lake Alan Henry rose above Action Stage of 10 feet this morning. This afternoon is has fallen back below Action Stage. The rise on the river was due to very heavy rains overnight. A good portion of southern Garza County saw 3 to 4 inches of rain overnight. At the Lake, they measured 4.14 inches of rain through 8 AM this morning. The lake was up nearly 3 feet by this afternoon helping increase the storage from 87.6 percent of capacity to 94.3 percent. Significant rainfall in the region had ended by this afternoon, so the river should continue to fall back toward base flow over the next couple days.
