This river statement is for the Colorado River near Ballinger. For 
the Colorado River...no flooding is observed or forecast.

* Latest stage:                  6.2 feet at 645 PM CDT Thursday.
* Action Stage:                 15.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:                  18.0 feet.

* Forecast: The Colorado River near Ballinger is expected to crest
  around 8.6 feet around sunrise Friday morning. The river is then 
  expected to fall to less than 4 feet by early Saturday morning. 
  This will be the last forecast for the Colorado River near 
  Ballinger.
