AWUS84 KTSA 270110 RWSTSA Eastern Oklahoma/Northwest Arkansas Weather Summary National Weather Service Tulsa OK 810 PM CDT Tue Jun 26 2018 Skies were mostly sunny across much of the area this afternoon, with the exception of far northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, where a line of thunderstorms moved through. Afternoon high temperatures ranged from the upper 80s to the mid 90s. By early evening, skies were mostly clear in eastern Oklahoma, and partly cloudy across northwest Arkansas. Temperatures ranged from the lower 70s in northwest Arkansas to the upper 80s across much of eastern Oklahoma. Winds were from the south to southeast at 5 to 15 miles an hour. Skies will be clear to partly cloudy overnight, with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms across parts of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Overnight lows will remain in the 70s in most locations. Hot and humid weather will prevail Wednesday, with afternoon high temperatures in the mid to upper 90s, and heat index values climbing into the 100 to 110 degree range. $$
