.Recent heavy rainfall has caused the Poplar River near Poplar 
to quickly rise to bankfull. The river is expected to crest 
right near the minor flood stage of 13.0 feet overnight tonight. 

Additional rainfall from thunderstorms is possible tonight, 
thus additional rises on the Poplar River will be possible. 

Persons living along the Poplar River should keep a heads up for 
changing river conditions over the next 48 hours.
