.DISCUSSION...
A passing upper level wave will bring on and off showers to the
area today, but on Thursday morning, more widespread rain is 
likely as a warm front lifts north across the region.  Around 
two tenths of an inch should fall between 8AM and 2PM. It will 
also be breezy with gusts between 20mph and 30mph. Also,
later in the day late afternoon/ early evening, damaging winds 
and heavy rain will be possible with thunderstorms.
