.DISCUSSION...

Warm and humid conditions are expected Tuesday and Wednesday, 
while cloud cover will be variable. In general, cloud cover should
be highest in the pre-dawn and early morning hours, and lowest in
the evenings. High temperatures are expected to around 90 degrees
- likely just underneath that mark today, and just above it 
tomorrow. Southerly winds will keep humidity high, which will lead
to peak heat index values just under 100 degrees this afternoon, 
and likely breaking into the triple digits tomorrow.
