.DISCUSSION...Cooler temperatures and unsettled weather beginning
Tuesday as an upper level disturbance enters the region. Light
drizzle is possible Tuesday night into Wednesday morning but total
accumulation is not expected to meet wetting rain criteria.
Southerly winds Tuesday into Wednesday with winds shifting 
slightly south-southeast during the day on Wednesday. Sustained
winds during the day on Tuesday will be between 10 to 13 mph with
gusts between 15 to 20 mph possible. On Tuesday night, there is a
15% chance of sustained southerly winds greater than 13 mph with 
the strongest winds (20 mph) located closer to the coastline. 
Winds will be slightly stronger during the day on Wednesday with 
winds closer to 12-14 mph in the afternoon and winds between 15-20
mph closer to the coastline.
