A few showers and thunderstorms. Moderate to fresh northeast to southeast
winds. Outlook for Tomorrow: A few showers and isolated thunderstorms.

3.Isabel Province 

Cloudy with some showers and isolated thunderstorms. Light to moderate
northwest to northeast winds. Outlook for Tomorrow: A few showers and

4.Central Province 

Cloudy with few showers and isolated thunderstorms. Moderate to fresh east
