Rapid City area. A quick 1 to 3 inches of snow will be possible with 
the heavier and more persistent snow showers, with accumulation 
mainly confined to grassy surfaces.

Locations impacted include...
Rapid City, Rapid Valley, Ellsworth Air Force Base, Box Elder, 
Caputa, Bear Country, Hart Ranch, Black Gap and Reptile Gardens.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 50
and 70.
