Southeast quarter winds 15/25 knots, Moderate seas, occasionally rough. Low
swell.

Southeast of line 21S170E 23S165E 25S165E:
Clockwise winds 15/25 knots within 150nm of low in southwestern semicircle.
Moderate to rough seas. Low to moderate swell.

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly north of 10S and within
180nm of trough and low. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
