.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure center
W of the waters will weaken and shift W and SW of the area
tonight through Sun while extending a ridge E and NE over the
waters. Strengthening high pressure will build back E over the
waters Sun night through Mon night and remain through Tue night.
The area of high pressure will begin weakening Wed and Wed night
while remaining near or NW of the region. A coastal trough along
Washington and Oregon will dissipate tonight while a trough
extending to Vancouver Island will remain and dissipate early
Sat. A coastal trough will redevelop along the Oregon coast Sun
night and Mon and persist through Wed night.
