At 1228 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This 
thunderstorm was located near Ripley, or 19 nm west of Dunkirk, 
moving northeast at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Barcelona, Wanakah, Woodlawn Beach,
Sturgeon Point, Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, Ripley, and Sunset
Bay.
