Marine interests should exercise caution early this morning due 
to patchy dense fog. Visibilities will be restricted to less than
1 nm at times from Jacksonville northward to Brunswick Georgia. 
Navigation may be hazardous in restricted waterways and channels.
Conditions should improve by the mid to late morning hours.
